She was born to the Crasse family when her father was finishing his education so he could finally fulfill his dream of becoming a professor of the sciences. Her mother, though, was an artist, well known in their little town for her beautiful pottery. As a result of her husband's full time education, Lillianne's mother was forced to take on another job to make ends meet. Yet, while in the last trimester of the pregnancy, she was forced to quit her job and was stricken to bed rest.
