The Smile Away Reformatory School is run by the Sergeant and has a "realistic" brochure. Phineas and Ferb were sent there to break their spirits and suppress their imaginations. Baljeet went along with them because he was kicked out of summer school (because his grades were "too high") and "school is cool" to Baljeet ("Phineas and Ferb Get Busted!").
