The difference between Six Paths Sage Mode and a senjutsu-enhanced Kurama Mode are primarily the total power sources in which they use. In a senjutsu-enhanced Kurama Mode, Naruto's chakra is combined with Kurama's resulting in a combined pool of chakra. Afterwards, Naruto uses his skills as a Sage to absorb nature energy to empower the form with senjutsu chakra.
