Elmer Musclow(October 8, 1924 - March 29, 2005) was a NASCAR driver from Rochester, NY. He competed in two Sprint Cup Series events in his career. His first race came in 1953, when Musclow debuted at Rochester. Starting positions in the field of eighteen are unknown, but Musclow ended the day with a mediocre 15th place showing. Musclow matched that effort when he returned to Rochester in 1954. Starting positions are again unknown, though this time the field consisted of thirty-two cars. But once again, Musclow drove home in 15th.
