Qarr is a sorcerer imp of varying allegiances. He was once a servant to the Azurite nobleman, Daimyo Kubota. He also worked for the Inter-Fiend Cooperation Commission, as well as appearing as the familiar to Zz'dtri, though during his service to the drow he was still secretly advancing the aims of his fiendish masters.
