Toshiro Ronumaru is a genin-level shinobi from Konohagakure, and a member of Team Ryan under the tutelage of famed uchiha clan member Ryan Uchiha. He is known in his village for is use of the kekkei Genki Scorch Release which has earned the title of "The Second Coming of Pakura".
