Ronald "Michael" Fields (August 4, 1976 - July 30, 2016), also known by his wikia username MichaelCarl, was an American Wikia star, administrator and entrepreneur from El Paso, Texas. He was awarded in 2008 for "making changes in the Wikia community". Fields was in hospital for over 15 years and experienced happiness after discovering he liked making blogs about himself. He later found Wikia and started editing articles and creating new articles which he later was awarded for. Fields was the wealthiest wikia user to have ever lived earning him almost 700,000 US dollars.[citation needed]
