When Cross lost most of his men, he suggested to destroy the town's power plant. Cross along with Haggard and the remaining soldiers, made their way to the plant. Haggard rigged the place with C4 as Cross had ordered. However he was killed by one of the animals infected with the Redlight virus before they could escape.
