Dennis Howard was the CEO of JTech, taking over for Donald Gates III at the conclusion of the Grand Mexican War. Howard was tasked with the difficult position of shifting the company in a profitable direction following the end of the world. Most of the major business units were hardly relevant after the nuclear attacks, and it was difficult to get employees to come to work.
