Initially skeptical of Ichabod Crane and Abbie Mills' assertions, he later discovers the truth when the trio confront, battle, and trap the Horseman. After confessing to murders his possessed daughter committed, he is arrested and sent to the psych ward. Later in Season 2, Henry Parrish tricks Irving into selling his soul to him by tricking him into signing a contract naming Henry as his lawyer. He is portrayed by Orlando Jones.
