The Obelisk of water is located on the island off the shore of Catherby. It can be reached by climbing the ladder near the black dragons in Taverley dungeon. It is the only location where the charge water orb spell can be cast, requiring level 56 Magic. When the spell is cast on the obelisk, it will turn one unpowered orb into a water orb giving the player 132 Magic experience. This charged orb can then be added to a battlestaff to make a battlestaff of water, granting 100 Crafting experience. File:Obelisk of water.png
