The Tsaesci, (said "Say-es-see") are a race of vampiric serpent folk that come from the land of Akavir. Little is known about them, due to most contact with them was during war. They are said to be describe them as having the upper body of a man but the lower body of a snake. The most direct evidence of these "snake folk" comes from books, which claims that the vampire snakes of Tsaesci ate all of the humans that once lived on Akavir.
