Volt Luster is a former member of the Vexos Organization. He became the new second-in-command of the Order of Grammaton at the end of the fourth Arc, replacing the traitorous Genesis Wright and Serena Sheen who left her position. He is the primary protagonist of the Fourth Arc entitled "Vagrant Bird - The Return of Volt Luster"
