yes he is faster and more agile than chris who is only buff and has muscles but when its a game about guns muscles don't matter However if you take a look at it Leon tends to rely on speed and agility more. His physical attacks focus on kicks and grapples. Chris on the other hand uses brute force such as a solid punch to the face or a neck break. Therefore Leon has speed while Chris has strength. As mentioned previously however the game is still focused more on guns.
