They grew up together, and they are friends. Obviously Hitsugaya likes Hinamori. Such is frequently the case with friendship, you can't be friends with someone you dislike. You really can't tell and if he does ain't that kind of nasty that's like his sister. Besides her crazy a%% is too caught up with Aizen right now. Also, i think Hitsugaya and Matsumoto may have feelings for each others.(more so mastumoto haves these feelings for him.)
