Rajau Ga Waura, a Wau, goes to the Galaxy Police Academy with Seina and fellow cadet Kenneth Barl at the beginning of Tenchi Muyo! GXP. In the beginning, the three often get into trouble together at the academy, but doesn't show up much until towards the end.
