Izta(VNEF037) was born in March 2012 in the Nequoia Mob. Her mother was a subordinante female named Gaia and her father was an unknown rover. Izta was born in a litter of four with three sisters named Yoltzin(VNEF038), Boris(VNEF039) and Cai(VNEF040). Her mother was not the dominant, but her grandmother Kaluha. There were no other pups in the Nequoia at the time, so Izta and her sisters were the main focus of the mob. The following month the sisters started to foraging and sadly that same month the dominant male Pantxo and a subordinate female named Kikka died from disease. The Nequoia was a good size group, however disease slowly spread through the mob. In July 2012 two Aztecs males joined the group while the Nequoia males were away roving, including the dominant male Puggle. Even with th
