Neutral Point of View (NPOV) is a fundamental Wikipedia (and, thus, StargateWars Wiki) principle which states that all articles must be written from a neutral point of view, that is, they must represent all significant views fairly and without bias. This includes maps, reader-facing templates, categories and portals. According to Wikipedia founder Jimmy Wales, "A few things are absolute and non-negotiable, though. NPOV for example."
