This is Even Makoto he was a human used to be an alliance cadet when he was younger but now he is a bounty hunter for justice. He was inspired by archangel on omega growing up who saved his life during the blood pack eviction. He is real handy at been a tech from hacking to strategy and when he not using his head to get big bounties he is being big at been confident.
