Jay Capozello is an actor who voiced Hector in Bully. He has also done voice work in GTA San Andreas, GTA Liberty City Stories, and GTA Vice City Stories. He also had a voice role in GTA 4, where he voiced Jeff the Cop. As well as doing voice work, Jay works for Rockstar Games and was apart of the test team that did GTA San Andreas, and GTA Vice City Stories.
