The kiseru pip originated as a recreational tool for smoking. But in the hands of a trained user, it can become a terrifyingly efficient weapon. It is a smoking pip, almost always made of iron, almost always carring a guard like a katana, between 6 inches and 4 feet long (the description is for one of the 4 foot long ones). It is used much in the same way as the staff, but inflicts slightly more damage, being made of metal. Most of the people who use it relax after beating the crap out of people with a long smoke.
