Tral Kliban was a Cardassian space station located near the planet Galion, in the former Demilitarized Zone. In late 2373, a Maquis delegation of high-ranking officers, including Shin Watanabe, traveled to Tral Kliban and attempted to negotiate Maquis neutrality with the Cardassian-Dominion alliance in regards to their conflict with the Federation Alliance. Unfortunately, the negotiations proved useless and the Cardassians ordered the Maquis to evacuate their colony on Galion.
