Chief Liaison Hrthek Val Voz was a Trandoshan male negotiator who lived around the time of the Clone Wars. Following a rise in Separatist activity on the moon Gus Talon, Val Voz attended a peace conference that was held within an automated facility on the world to discuss possible courses of action to counter the Separatist threat. During the event, Val Voz complained that he found the room to be cold.
