The Stunning Slash was Ichigo's down special move in Super Smash Flash 2. Ichigo slashed at the enemy and was able to stun them for a short period of time. This move used exactly the same animation as Ichigo's v0.9a side tilt animation. In v0.2a of the SSF2 Demo, it was replaced with his current down special move, Gazan, possibly due to both lack of creativity in the move and its overpowering uses, such as repeatedly stunning an enemy while racking up easy damage. After using the move, Ichigo could not move, similar to what happens when Super Saiyan Goku used Ryū-ken in v0.7, although for a longer period of time.
