Ruah says that his lover, Julia, has lost all memory of their love and requests you deliver a letter to her that explains his feelings. Head south into Nakuru Town and deliver the letter to Julia Hoshake. She will explain that she does not know Dustin, rip up his letter, and give you your reward.
