Carl Emerson was a recurring character in the second and third seasons. He was portrayed by Toby Levins and debuted in Remember Me. He was confirmed as the only survivor from Mount Weather. Carl was a Lieutenant in the Mount Weather Guard and Cage's "right-hand man." After trying to get into the Command Center to stop Bellamy, Clarke, and Monty, he took off after Level 5 is irradiated. He played a key role in the destruction of Mount Weather by supplying the self-destruct codes to the Ice Nation. He was sent to Polis when Roan became the King of Ice Nation.
