[Source] The Second War of Ascendancy, also known as the Great Millennial War was a global conflict which came of involve all existing states of the ancient world, much like the First War did. The war began with the ambitions of Amilanius, the ruler of the city-kingdom of Idloatai, who desired to unite the world under a single banner. He succeeded, becoming the founder of the Al-Antidian Empire and its first Divine Sovereign.
