Bad Animals is a music and voice recording studio in downtown Seattle. Various musicians have recorded at Bad Animals, including Alice in Chains, Joan Jett, Johnny Cash and Nirvana. This was where the English voice actors for Metroid: Other M recorded their lines, as Nintendo of America is also headquartered in Seattle. Dave Elvin, Linda K. Morris, Stephan Weyte and Jeff Minnerly all actors part of the cast of Other M, recorded lines for other projects at Bad Animals as well (linked). Dave Howe, who voiced one of the Operators in a flashback in the game, is a co-owner of the studio.
