McKinney County is a county in the Dragoonasag state of Zinrico. It is named after Christopher Zonapath McKinney, a soldier who fought in the Battle of Authonome. In 2006, the county earned the title of "Zinrico's Best County", which it held until January 2009, when Effington County took the title. Its county seat is Oswald.
