Edouard Bregon was the husband of Ruzlina Razan, son-in-law of Maguda Razan, father of Adamo Bregon, and the brother of Vincente Bregon. Edouard was a large and physically strong man, as well as skillful with weapons. He was great friends with the Bregon household ostler, Garath. After his wife died during childbirth, Edouard became a recluse, totally ignoring his newborn son. The Razan broke into his residence and poisoned his wine, which resulted in his death. During Edouard's subsequent funeral, Adamo was kidnapped.
