The Wikia Helpers are contractors and volunteer interns who are working for Wikia. They the same abilities as administrators across all Wikia wikis, the group does not replace or outrank admins. Even where they are employed by Wikia, they will listen and respond to the views of the community on the wiki they are working on. They aim to respect local wiki policies.
