Merrick House was an 8 storey tower block on Grove Street in the centre of the Pepys Estate, in Deptford, London. It was constructed in the early 1960s out of dark red brick and housed 44 flats. It was demolished in the 1990s to make way for new community facilities as part of the regeneration of the estate.
