Darth Exodeus, born Daemon, was the Dark Lord of the Sith and the Galactic Emperor of the New Sith Imperium during the Third Galactic Civil War after dethroning his master, Darth Judicar. He oversaw the launching of the war against the Galactic Alliance and the New Jedi Order, leading the Sith to a number of early successes. Exodeus later had a child with Andraste, though both he and Exodeus believed her to have died following Exodeus' duel with Jhon Cordatus. He married Andraste shortly thereafter, sharing the throne with Andraste as his Empress.
