The Guard's Report is the first quest in the Lizardmen's Conspiracy series. Once completed, you can move on to the second part: Search for Beads. The Guard's Report is an intermediate quest, only involving you to meet up with Magister Rohmer. The Patrol's Report is given automatically upon accepting the quest.
