Gene Smelly is a famous Grouch movie star. He's also one of the grouch choreographers who can teach the dance steps to the song "Doin' the Grouch." Oscar doubts that dance instructor Celina knows the dance when she proposes teaching it to her class. Proving him wrong, Celina claims that she learned the dance from Gene Smelly himself.
