Elvan Tarr was formarlly a solider in the Grand Army of the Republic (GAR) also known as the Clone Army. When Order 66 was given. Elvan, leader of his Commando squad, refused to carry it out. He killed his Commando squad, stole a gunship and fled to Mandalore. Little is known about the next twenty years but when Elvan reappeared he was a mercenary, bounty hunter and assassin in one. from there he has gone around the galaxy, a gun for hire, or just for fun, a scourge to the empire.
