Ofar was a Jawa who lived on Bac Ol in the Mak Me Clan, which was all but destroyed. He was the father of Ni and Gogha. In 18 BBY, Ofar saved the lives of one hundred other Jawas from the Mak Me Clan when Tusken Raiders burst through the city wall after a star destroyer crashed into the city. The surviving Jawas escaped into a sandcrawler, and two years later the sandcrawler was ambushed by a gang of Tusken Raiders who killed ninety-eight Jawas. When a raider was about to shoot Ofar, Ahsoka Tano killed the Raiders and saved the rest of the clan. Ofar died when Ahsoka, JJ, Ni, Gogha and himself were sent to Kum Bach.
