This unidentified individual was one of Lord Voldemort's Death Eaters, who participated in the Second Wizarding War. He fought in the Battle of the Department of Mysteries which was one of the first battles of the Second Wizarding War. He was most likely imprisoned after the battle but probably escaped in the 1996 mass breakout of Azkaban. It is unknown what happened to him after that.
