Christmas Remarketing is one of Julian's business schemes put into effect during the December holiday season in which he attempts his meaning at Christmas: money. The operation usually entails several of the park residents stealing lights, presents and trees from the surrounding areas. A decorating contest that Julian judges is also a part of the operation where the declared winner wins a prize that Julian had in storage. The operation typically comes to it's yearly end after Julian judges the park's decorating contest after midnight mass has taken place.
