Falafel II served the Sovereign and later the Empress in the Strange World. He was originally a chef and (unlike his counterpart) was widely considered among the best. By the time he was serving the Empress, he was host of Wheel of Misfortune – a twisted game show in which "contestents" were brutally killed for the enjoyment of the audience.
