Cotoal 'Turlik, known formerly as Cotoal 'Turlikee prior to the Great Schism, was the undisputed Kaidon of the Turlik Family and a devout Sangheili Warrior who first rose to prominence sometime in the beginning of the Human-Covenant War. Following the conclusion of the Great War, the War Veteran Cotoal 'Turlik assumed the role of a Sangheili Councilor, evidently becoming a particularly prominent member in the ensuing months. His grandiose amounts of wisdom and hindsight caused Cotoal to become a close associate and trusted adviser to Arbiter Thel 'Vadam.
