One of Doctor Wily's first designs, the Met is your typical example of mad genius at work. The Met wears a hat made out of material that is completely impervious to all attacks. One of the big questions of Video Land is why Wily hasn't coated everything he owns in this stuff. Alex claimed this Met's hat as his very own.
