Flared skirt, six inches below mid-knee, has side front and side back pressed pleats released at hipline, waistband with self belt carriers and side back zipper closing. Purchased belt. Loose-fitting blouse, gathered into front darts and at back yoke, has round neckline, bias, foldover collar extending into tie ends, front-buttoned closing and back inside tucks.
