The 2020 Anderson tornado was a violent, long-tracked multiple-vortex EF4 tornado which impacted central Indiana in the late afternoon and early evening of April 7, 2020. It was the single most powerful tornado of the April 7 outbreak and the first of seven EF4 tornadoes to occur in the year 2020.
