Priscillas father is a unnamed character that appeared only in a backstory of the Season 3 Episode "The Tear Of A Smurf." He was the husband of the evil witch Chlorhydris, who played with Priscilla when she was a child. He later disappeared, and his daughter was turned in an ugly hag.
