Winston Kershaw was a Grayson citizen from Denby Steading and a renowned diplomat. The younger brother of Jonathan Kershaw, Steadholder Denby, he was a staunch supporter of Benjamin Mayhew IX. After the Battle of Trevor's Star in the early 1910s PD, he was the Governor of the Manticoran Alliance Occupation Force and the San Martin Reconstruction Commission overseeing the reorganization of the San Martin government.
