There is at least one or two Police Cruisers on this road. There is also a small park here which is also where the player does missions for Derrick McReary. Shopping carts can be seen in the park as well as a Flying Rat in the opening cutscenes of Smackdown and Tunnel of Death if the player hasn't killed it yet.
