The book was banned in 2584 just before the Civil War for inciting racial hated, but was re-legalised in 2620. With the rise of the Fedeal Republic, the book was again banned in 2761, and now can only be used for academic or research purposes and can be accessed from the National Library with a permit from the local government. The book is considered by literally critics to be simply a collection of vulgar rantings, and is extremely turgid. There are many racist and sectarian terms used throughout the book, and is considered highly hateful.
