In the 1970s, Friends Industries made a line of Play Faces craft kits, which contained materials to make masks. One kit featured masks of Ernie and Bert, and another -- "Play Face & Cape" -- offers a mask of the Count, along with a 3-foot long cape for Count cosplay.
