C4P0N3 was an assassin droid active during the post-legacy era. It originated as a simple data-probe droid, but became more when it interfaced with a derelict ship's systems and was infected by a by a virulent assassin droid's software. It re-programmed him, made him more, and gave the droid sentience. C4P0N3 was born.
